**Programme Management Office Analyst Role**

We are seeking a skilled Programme Management Office Analyst to join our team at Methods.

The successful candidate will support the Programme Manager, Programme steering group, and other members of the PMO.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Developing detailed schedules and plans to track the status of workstream deliverables and milestones.
  2. Supporting the adoption of the workstream lifecycle and deliverables.
  3. Coordinating programme level risk and issue management.
  4. Monitoring the status of workstreams transitioning into normal service.
  5. Coordinating regular workstream and programme level reporting cycles.
  6. Coordinating workstream Governance arrangements and Post Workstream Reviews.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The Programme Management Office Analyst will be responsible for:

  1. Implementing programme and workstream governance standards across the programme.
  2. Managing programme and workstream level Lessons Learned repository.
  3. Managing programme and workstream level risks and issues register.
  4. Carrying out assurance review processes as required by the Programme Manager.
  5. Liaising with staff in the SPMO to ensure standards are implemented consistently across the APIP Programme.
  6. Working with the Programme Manager to develop Programme reporting workstream standards.

General Duties:

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring the use of data complies with current regulations, particularly those relating to GDPR.
  2. Complying with all health, safety and wellbeing policies and procedures.
  3. Advocating, promoting and advancing equity and social justice within their work.
  4. Carrying out other duties as may reasonably be directed by their line manager.
