**Job Title:** Supporting Pupils in Education

**Location:** Northampton

We are seeking a committed and compassionate individual to join our team as a Supporting Pupil in Education. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pupils to provide support and guidance in the classroom.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience of working with children or in a care setting and a passion for the progress of primary school pupils. You will be responsible for supporting teachers with lessons, assisting pupils with their learning, and contributing to the overall well-being of the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to teachers in the classroom
  • Assist pupils with their learning and development
  • Contribute to the overall well-being of the school community
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff members to achieve educational goals

Requirements:

  1. Experience of working with children or in a care setting
  2. A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

Salary: £80-£90 per hour (dependent on experience)
