We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rare Disease Research Associate to join our Biostatistics Research Group at Newcastle University. As part of this role, you will contribute to the development and application of innovative trial designs for rare disease trials, supported by James Wason's NIHR Research Professorship and the Rare Disease Trial Acceleration Platform (RD-TAP).

With a strong background in statistics and experience in conducting and publishing methodology research, you will work closely with researchers to develop and implement state-of-the-art statistical methods in health research. Your ability to work well as part of a team and rapidly acquire new skills makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

Offering a competitive salary of £34,866 per annum for a Research Associate position, rising to £45,163 per annum for a Senior Research Associate position, we aim to provide a supportive and stimulating work environment that encourages growth and development as a researcher.
