Lettings Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at DLK Recruit. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading a small team of lettings professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy to attract new business
- Maximize business opportunities through effective use of online platforms and lead generation
- Provide training and coaching to team members as required
- Manage day-to-day general enquiries and administration tasks
- Drive lead generation and conversion
- Stay up-to-date with industry and legal updates to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lettings or estate agency
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated attitude and strong desire to succeed
- Driver with own vehicle
What We Offer:
- Base salary up to £35k + commission depending on experience - OTE £55K
