Job Title: Account/Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Account/Project Manager to join our team at Dovetail Recruitment Ltd. As an Account/Project Manager, you will be responsible for the administration and management of your own accounts and projects, working closely with clients, internal design, artwork, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and to tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer your own accounts and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines to meet client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and timely invoicing.
- Collaborate with the Account Director to build and maintain strong client relationships and internal teams.
- Ensure all projects comply with client design and artwork guidelines.
- Manage client expectations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of account/project management experience.
- 'A' Level and/or professional level of writing and speaking German is required as a minimum; fluency is preferred.
- Previous experience working within a creative environment is desired.
- Experience dealing with clients with high expectations within a pressured environment delivering to tight deadlines is essential.
- Demonstration of ability to build strong working relationships.
- Ability to manage the commerciality of projects to make sure they are profitable and delivered to time scale.
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, efficient and highly organised is essential.
What We Offer:
A highly successful international packaging agency based in South London, with 30 years of experience designing and producing large retail brands that win at the retail shelf. We offer a hybrid role with home-based 2 days a week and office-based 3 days a week, with a salary of circa £32/40k depending on experience plus benefits and career opportunities.
