Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Executive/Manager to join our team at Tjarks and Tjarks Design Group. As a key member of our Client Services Department, you will be responsible for managing high-profile accounts, administering projects, and developing your knowledge and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior members of the team with administration responsibilities and manage your own projects from concept to delivery.
- Own and manage the entire project lifecycle, from taking the initial brief from the client to obtaining approval to release the project to the client.
- Ensure projects are completed to the highest standard and to deadline, while maintaining excellent standards of spoken and written communication in German and English.
- Communicate with clients professionally, building client relationships to inspire trust and confidence in the Company.
- Liaise with the Studio Manager, Design and Artwork departments, and effectively manage the timing and execution of the internal design and artwork process.
- Organise photoshoots, get quotations, book photographers and home economists, and source product samples.
- Proof read your designs and ensure that your projects comply with all current client design and artwork guidelines.
- Keep full track of all your live projects and be able to give a full account of the status of each project at any given time.
- Manage client expectations and make sure that all deadlines are met, while being responsible and accountable for complete budgets of all projects.
- Accountable to ensure all projects are invoiced promptly and within company timelines.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' strong administration experience.
- Fluency in speaking/writing German.
- Project management experience in the creative/branding industry is advantageous.
- Advanced in Excel and managing spreadsheets is essential.
- Experience in other MS Office packages (Outlook/Word) is required.
- Ability to balance and own your own workload, while being flexible and able to co-ordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
