Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Executive/Manager to join our team at Tjarks and Tjarks Design Group. As a key member of our Client Services Department, you will be responsible for managing and administering high-profile projects, working closely with senior team members and clients to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer multiple projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with internal Design and Artwork teams to facilitate the production of packaging for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in project management or a related field.
- Fluency in German language, both spoken and written.
- Strong administration and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
