About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Director to join our team on a maternity cover basis for 12-18 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, preferably in a high-growth environment, and a deep understanding of the full marketing mix.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our brand, product, and digital strategy to achieve performance, reputation, and excellence. This will involve conceptualizing and presenting creative solutions to key stakeholders, driving an agile direct marketing capability, and successfully managing the marketing budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and improve brand reputation.
  2. Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure they are motivated and focused on delivering world-class marketing and communications.
  3. Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and actionable creative solutions.
  4. Manage the marketing budget to ensure all activity is delivered on time and on budget.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  2. Strong understanding and experience across the full marketing mix.
