About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Director to join our team on a maternity cover basis for 12-18 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, preferably in a high-growth environment, and will be able to drive our brand, product, and digital strategy to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive performance, reputation, and excellence.
  2. Conceptualize and present creative solutions to stakeholders to engage, inspire, and win.
  3. Lead the marketing team to develop innovative and actionable creative, driving an agile style direct marketing capability to develop the value proposition and lead generation methodology.
  4. Manage the marketing budget to ensure all activity is delivered on time and on budget.
  5. Build a strong marketing team focused on customer needs and business objectives to deliver world-class marketing and communications.

Requirements:

  1. Strong understanding and experience across the full marketing mix.
  2. Minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing, preferably in a high-growth environment.
