About Ideal Heating:

We are excited to be partnering with Groupe Atlantic to recruit an Interim Market Director on a maternity cover basis for around 12-18 months. Our company has a great culture, a family feel environment, and we are proud to be one of the market leaders in the industry.


About the Role:

This role would suit an individual who has strong experience within the industry or transferable skills, is a hands-on leader, and is passionate about leading and taking the marketing team to the next level.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a brand, product, and digital strategy to drive performance, reputation, and excellence.
  • Lead a large and diverse team, setting collective goals and elevating performance.
  • Conceptualise and present creative solutions to key stakeholders to engage, inspire, and win.
  • Prioritise market insights and drive decision-making to inform innovation strategies.
  • Drive an agile direct marketing capability to develop the value proposition and lead generation methodology.
  • Conduct strategic planning sessions with the creative team to develop innovative and actionable creative.
  • Manage the Marketing budget to ensure all activity is delivered on time and on budget.
  • Build a strong marketing team that is motivated and focused on the needs of the customer and business.


Requirements:

A strong understanding and experience across the full marketing mix, a demonstrable track record in ROI and lead generation capabilities, a minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing, ideally within a high-growth environment, and outstanding communication, stakeholder, and people management skills.
