About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Education Account Manager to join our team at Jigsaw24. As a leading Apple Authorised Education Specialist within the UK, this role is part of our Education team and is responsible for managing and developing existing Jigsaw24 Education accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities in existing schools and Multi-Academy Trusts
  • Develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers to develop long-term strategic relationships
  • Creation and execution of Account Plans
  • Position a mix of Product, Service, and support solutions to schools
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in the Education sector
  • Retain and grow existing accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities within an existing account base
  • Work with the Sales leaders and wider business teams to deliver a collective message
Requirements:
  • A track record of achieving targets in selling both products and services in an Account Management/Business Development Role
  • Demonstratable knowledge of the Education sector and its nuances
  • Knowledge of varied Edtech solutions, with a willingness to learn new offerings
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Demonstrable consultative sales approach to develop long-term relationships
  • Passionate about technology
  • The ability to work with multiple stakeholders to articulate a solution or services offering
