About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at GCS Associates. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the construction supplies sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel at construction companies, builders, and sub-contractors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new accounts and growth of existing accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on sales performance and business development activities.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities to support business development efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the construction industry.
  • Strong relationships with key personnel at construction companies, builders, and sub-contractors.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
