CNC Training and Development Specialist

CNC Training Partner Responsibilities:
- Create tailored training programmes for machinists.
- Provide classroom and on-the-job training.
- Coordinate external courses and maintain competency matrices.
- Support appraisals and staff development with feedback and performance evaluations.
- Drive continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience in training and developing machinists or manufacturing teams. Knowledge of CNC machine operations, metal cutting, and technical drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Engineering Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3) or HNC/HND is ideal. Experience in aerospace, automotive, or defence sectors.
