CNC Development Expert

We are seeking a CNC Training Partner to join our team at Syntech Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for machinists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement tailored training programs for machinists.
- Deliver classroom and on-the-job training to ensure employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Maintain the department's competency matrix by coordinating external courses.
- Support appraisals and staff development with regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in training and developing manufacturing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of CNC machine operations, metal cutting, and technical drawings.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Possession of an Engineering Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3) or HNC/HND is highly desirable.
- Background in aerospace, automotive, or defence sectors is advantageous.
