We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at KD Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the direction of a new start-up business, working closely with the sales manager to drive the business forward.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales and excellent customer service skills. They will be self-motivated with a proven track record of working to sales targets. We offer a competitive salary package with uncapped commission on their own workload.

The role involves attending events and visiting customers across the East Coast, Ryedale, and East Yorkshire on a regular basis. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00 and one in three Saturday mornings 8:30-13:00.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working to targets and KPIs on a monthly basis.
  • Attending events and visiting customers across the East Coast, Ryedale, and East Yorkshire.
  • Speaking to customers on a daily basis face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
  • Negotiating sales to customers and upselling service plans and parts to meet KPI targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience from a customer-facing role.
  • Experience of working to targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A full driving licence and willingness to tow trailers if needed.
