The Youth Development Officer role is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the wellbeing of young people in West Oxfordshire. We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual who can help us tackle the barriers that prevent young people from thriving.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of community development, project management, and stakeholder engagement. They will also possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to think creatively, and a passion for supporting young people in a supportive and empowering role.

This is a new role which will cover West Oxfordshire but with lots of opportunities to connect and share good practice in the county and across the region. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, as part of a team, and be willing to travel to various locations within the district.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary (£25,000 - £35,000 per annum), agile working arrangements, flexible working hours, and a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, and salary sacrifice car lease scheme.
