About the Role

We are seeking an experienced mental health professional to join our Access Team as a Shift Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of clinicians and ensuring the safe and effective operation of the service during allocated periods of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of clinicians to provide high-quality mental health services to patients
  • Ensure the safe and effective operation of the service during allocated periods of responsibility
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to team members
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines

Requirements

  • Five years post-registration mental health work experience
  • Evidenced knowledge of relapse prevention
  • 3 years supervision, management and/or leadership experience in a health or social care environment
  • Experience using patient records system(s)
  • 3 years experience using clinical assessment tools
  • 3 years experience formulating and delivering biopsychosocial interventions
