Mental Health Leadership Opportunity

Talbot House, Ellenbrook House & Stockwood House is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager or senior clinician to take on the role of Mental Health Leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care and outcomes for patients with eating disorders.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive service excellence and improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with the senior management team to ensure that the service meets its objectives, quality improvement and business plans.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Facilitating the development of quality healthcare services that respond to the changing needs of purchasers and patients.
  • Ensuring both quality and financial targets are met, while continuing to develop commercial opportunities with purchasers and referrers.
  • Promoting and enhancing the hospital's reputation for specialist care and service.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
