We are seeking an experienced Assessment and Support Lead for Learners with Additional Needs to join our Additional Learning Support Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored support plans for learners with diverse needs, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to achieve their academic goals.

With a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication, you will work closely with learners, their families, and other stakeholders to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of SEND legislation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of learners.
