Key Responsibilities- Match and process invoices and delivery notes received from suppliers
- Handle and resolve invoice and supplier queries in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate records are maintained by filing company correspondence and paperwork
- Match invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders for accuracy
- File all paperwork and scan documents as needed
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in Purchase Ledger and Subcontract Ledger
- Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of Sage 200 and Sage Construct
- Strong communication and presentation skills
