Blair West is supporting a growing, PE-backed wholesaler business group as they look to add a Purchase Ledger Clerk to their finance team in an office-based, permanent role.

Joining an existing transactional team of 4, you will be tasked with invoice processing for a leading business within the group while also picking up other duties ad-hoc as the business shifts to a shared service centre model.

**The opportunity**:

- Purchase ledger invoice processing from PO to payment.
- Credit card expense processing.
- Processing staff expense claims.
- Prepare payment request forms, ensuring all authorisation and documents have been received.
- Preparation of regular supplier payment runs.
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing supplier accounts.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Review of aged creditors report to resolve any anomalies.
- Reconciliation of creditor accounts of group companies.
- Assist the Purchase Ledger Supervisor in improving and implementing processes
- Dealing with supplier queries.
- Are AAT studying or appropriately qualified by experience?
- Are experienced with MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Have
strong flexibility and ability to manage your workload.
- Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
