**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join our team at JOHN N DUNN GROUP LIMITED. In this role, you will be responsible for general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents, maintaining accurate customer details and account records, data entry, and post contract applications.

Key duties also involve reconciling sales ledgers, regularly contacting customers, and maintaining administrative records. The ideal candidate will have good communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, team working, initiative, and a confident telephone manner.

We offer a comprehensive training program, including a Business Administrator level 3 apprenticeship standard and Level 2 functional skills in maths and English if exemptions are not held.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately £18,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our company offers a supportive work environment and opportunities for career growth and development.
