We currently require an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for our client in Teesside on a temp to perm basis

You will assist with the day to day functions of the Purchase Ledger department. Duties will include:
Inputting purchase ledger invoices, credit notes, debit notes etc into the system

Checking content of purchase ledger invoices imported through OCR system Yooz

Matching supplier invoices to purchase order and delivery notes. Approving payment for authorised invoices etc. Reconciliations of suppliers balances with supplier statements

Ensuring that supplier queries are progressed and resolutions reached in a timely manner. Assisting and providing support to the purchase ledger team.

This role is full time 35 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
