About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team at Target. As a key member of our business services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to discuss their situations, account information, and aid them in making payments.
  • Record case resolutions and customer communication via phone, email, and chat.
  • Ensure cases are resolved within the case life cycle, as per individual balanced scorecard.
  • Escalate priority issues to the immediate lead as applicable.
  • Provide fantastic customer service and meet quality standards on all handled contacts.
  • Meet targets defined for the project: response time, handle time, and resolution rate aligned with Project KRAs.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience or contact centre experience.
  • Near native or native relevant Swedish language and manageable English skills in writing and speaking to understand documentation and log accurately in the systems.
