About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our team at VF Corporation. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in assessing and managing credit risks within our EMEA portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of new and existing customers to assess creditworthiness and identify potential risks.
  2. Credit Risk Management: Develop and implement effective credit risk management strategies to minimize risk while maximizing sales and revenue growth.
  3. Reporting and Insights: Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on credit risk trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure effective communication and collaboration on credit risk-related matters.
  5. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to relevant departments on credit risk management best practices.
Requirements
  1. Background in Credit Risk: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a credit-related function, including risk management, financial accounting, and/or analytical roles.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build strong working relationships and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, VBA functions, and Power BI, as well as a comprehensive understanding of financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
