Job Summary: Microlise is seeking a skilled Credit Controller Specialist to manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely payment of invoices and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer ledger and chase outstanding debts to minimize financial losses
- Reduce Aged Debt and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
- Adhere to company procedures and maintain accurate data to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Experience in financial management, credit control, or a related field
- Ability to work towards targets and KPIs to drive business growth
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Proficient in Excel and detail-oriented to manage complex financial data
