Sales Office Manager Opportunity

Tudor Employment Agency is seeking a highly skilled Sales Office Manager to join our esteemed client in Aldridge. Our client is a leading supplier of architectural ironmongery to the construction industry, renowned for their top-quality products and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support to the sales team, including order processing, quotation preparation, and customer account management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering expert advice on architectural ironmongery products and resolving queries.
  • Manage sales records, CRM systems, and daily office tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of architectural ironmongery to support the sales team, recommend products, and assist customers with technical inquiries.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to track orders, manage stock levels, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Generate regular sales reports, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales or administrative role within the architectural ironmongery industry.
  • Strong understanding of architectural ironmongery products, including their applications and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage (SOP & POP), and experience with CRM software.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with an initiative-taking approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
