Sales Manager Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Full-time office-based position

Salary: Dependent on experience with OTE's and performance bonuses available

Hours: 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday

Contract: Permanent

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Manager to head up our team and contribute to generating sales for the company. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives and overseeing customer accounts to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue goals
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including market trends
  • Manage the sales pipeline and lead generation
  • Maintain existing accounts and develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Liaise with customers to answer questions, understand their requirements, and sell and 'up-sell' our products
  • Handle grievances escalated from the sales team
  • Contact warm leads to enquire about potential orders and maintain relationships

We are looking for a Sales Manager who is an excellent communicator with superior people skills. You will need to be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and in person.
