About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Safejawz. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across our omni-channel business, including digital, trade, and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness
  • Coordinate marketing calendar and analyze market trends to inform marketing decisions
  • Create and manage territory-specific campaigns to target key markets
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to drive business growth
  • Manage and build out the marketing function of the company, including managing outsourced agencies and freelancers
  • Strategize on content creation and align with company objectives and brand positioning
  • Define KPIs for marketing campaigns and take campaigns from ideation through to analysis and reporting

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing function
  • Digital marketing, social media management, and event coordination skills
  • Market research and analysis abilities

  • Broad understanding of marketing functions required by an omni-channel business
