Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across our omnichannel business, coordinating marketing calendars, analyzing market trends, creating and managing territory-specific campaigns, and collaborating with our sales and operations teams to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, website, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Manage and build out the marketing function of the company, including managing outsourced agencies and freelancers.
- Strategize on content creation and align with company objectives and brand positioning.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and take campaigns from ideation through to analysis and reporting.
- Digital marketing, social media management, and event coordination skills.
- Market research and analysis abilities.
- Content creation and copywriting skills.
- Broad understanding of marketing functions required by an omnichannel business.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience in the sports or retail industry is a plus.
- An understanding of our target market.
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing function.
- Salary: £38,000-45,000 depending on experience.
- 28 days holiday.
