About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join our team at Zest.

As a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of food processing and packing lines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (days and nights)
* Ensure equipment runs efficiently, minimising downtime and supporting production needs
* Contribute to continuous improvement and support the company's focus on operational excellence

Requirements:

* Electrically competent with a strong engineering background
* Previous experience in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods - food desirable) environment is essential
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
