About the Role

Synergi Recruitment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join one of the leading FMCG Manufacturers. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and grow as a Maintenance Engineer, working alongside experienced colleagues.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting reactive and planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery.
  • Responding quickly and efficiently to unscheduled plant stoppages.
  • Collaborating with the engineering and production team to ensure maximum efficiency.

Requirements
  • Good understanding of process, products, and quality procedures.
  • Overseeing planned maintenance and diagnosing faults.
  • Identifying problems on machinery and implementing solutions.

Desirable Qualifications
  • Recognized engineering qualification.
  • Recognized engineering apprenticeship with a formal qualification.
  • Food Safety awareness.
  • Experience with industrial 3-phase motor and control systems and their interaction with modern PLC systems.
  • Experience with plant pneumatic control and operation and common industrial bearing systems.
