About the RoleWe're seeking an exceptional leader to head our film production team. As Head of Film Production, you'll oversee the creation of high-quality video content for our clients, working closely with our creative operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive film production strategy to drive business growth and creative excellence.
- Lead a talented team of videographers, photographers, editors, animators, and producers to deliver end-to-end video productions for clients.
- Collaborate with our creative operations team to resource and forecast projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Manage our film sales pipeline, working closely with account directors to pitch and sell films to clients.
- Oversee the creative output of the team, driving innovation and quality control to ensure exceptional results.
- Work closely with our other heads of teams to deliver end-to-end work that meets our business objectives.
- 8+ years of agency-based film production experience.
- Producer or videographer with technical knowledge of the end-to-end film production process.
