Job Title: Senior Film and Moving Image Production Executive

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Film and Moving Image Production Executive to join our team at mcm creative. As a key member of our creative communications services, you will be responsible for building a high-performing standalone film department and driving innovation in film and moving image creation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as a creative ambassador, championing our company's values and encouraging a culture of innovation and collaboration across the business.
  • Be the creative lead responsible for moving image concepts, storyboards, narrative direction, and critical thinking, working with internal teams and stakeholders, taking on and responding to feedback.
  • Understand and fulfill the creative requirements of the client brief, including brand alignment.
  • Develop creative treatments, write scripts, and where appropriate, take these into execution, including location directing where necessary.
  • Lead the film team with cutting-edge technical skills, while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Work independently and alongside account teams to create proposals, pitch, and win new film and moving image projects.
  • Oversee and ensure the consistency and exceptional quality standards of all film and moving image projects.
  • Own quality control, ensuring that no work is sent to clients without your review first.
  • Actively engage with clients to upsell film services, fostering long-term relationships, securing repeat business, and working closely with account teams to support the development of new revenue streams.
  • Develop and manage a skilled team, ensuring resources are effectively allocated across projects.
  • Build and maintain a network of top-tier freelancers and suppliers to scale operations as required.
Accountable for:
  • Building a standalone department for film and moving image.
  • Delivering film and moving image projects to the highest quality standards, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Creating high-performance teams, ensuring their development, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Relating and networking.
