Job Title: Executive Film Producer

At mcm creative, we're looking for a talented Executive Film Producer to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative film and moving image projects that exceed our clients' expectations.

As an Executive Film Producer, you'll be the creative lead responsible for moving image concepts, storyboards, narrative direction, and critical thinking. You'll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional quality outputs for our clients' internal and external audiences.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in film and moving image production, with a passion for innovation and creativity. You'll be responsible for building a high-performing standalone film department, overseeing all film production processes, and driving innovation in film and moving image creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a creative ambassador, championing the company's values while encouraging a culture of innovation and collaboration across the business.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve retention, growth, and expansion of the customer base.
  • Lead the film team with cutting-edge technical skills while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Work independently and alongside account teams to create proposals, pitch, and win new film and moving image projects.
  • Oversee and ensure the consistency and exceptional quality standards of all film and moving image projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience of operating at a senior level with specialty in a film/moving image production role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in innovation, creativity, strategic thinking.
  • Pitching ideas and concepts and working with clients.
  • Experience working with B2B clients and clients' internal employee audiences.
  • Adept in translating themes, concepts, and ideas into projects of a high standard.
  • Experience of supervising, managing, and collaborating with teams.
  • Commercially strong (influencing, negotiating, budgeting).
  • Ability and willingness to work independently or as part of a small team.
  • Experience of working across the UK and internationally (EMEA/U.S./Asia).
  • Working with external talent (A-list) and at client C-suite level.

We offer a competitive salary (£65-75k depending on experience) and a personal benefits package tailored to your priorities. You will have a hybrid working pattern with a minimum of one day each week at our central London offices.
