We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Systems Specialist to join our team at BMR Solutions Ltd.

Salary: £65,000 (including shift premium and monthly bonus)
Job Type: Full-time
About the RoleThe Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving various machines, including power presses, laser cutters, robots, automated production lines, and assembly systems.
Main responsibilities include fault diagnosis and repair of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, implementing preventative and total productive maintenance schedules, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, quality, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have an ONC or equivalent qualification, an NVQ Level 3 apprenticeship in engineering, and experience working within a manufacturing or processing environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Hydraulic and Pneumatics knowledge
- Ability to program PLCs
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations
