We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Hobbs.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead our customer service team and drive business growth through exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and motivate the customer service team to achieve high levels of performance.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in customer service leadership or management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
