Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Specialist to join our team at The CLR Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, negotiating offers, and delivering exceptional customer service.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the property market, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis, with any weekday off provided as compensation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through existing database and respond to inquiries from property portals
  • Arrange and conduct viewings, attend property valuations, and train new staff members
  • Negotiate offers with vendors and applicants, while hitting sales targets and KPIs

Requirements
  • Money-driven individual with a target-oriented approach
  • Articulate and professional, with a passion for sales and negotiation

Benefits
