Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our Bright Horizons Bunnybrookes Nursery in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding care to children and ensuring the highest quality early childhood practice.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned childcare provider with a strong commitment to excellence. You will have the chance to work with a dedicated team and contribute to the growth and development of our nursery.

The ideal candidate will have a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification and experience within an Early Years leadership role. They will be a confident decision-maker with the ability to support change and have a strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead our nursery teams to deliver exceptional care and services
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance through inspirational leadership
  • Work in partnership with Recruitment and HR to ensure the nursery is fully staffed and has a diverse workforce
  • Role model and mentor your nursery team to ensure high-quality early childhood practice and experience
