Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Lead to join our team at Centrica. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our brand strategy across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and cohesion across our retail brands, British Gas and Hive, as well as our masterbrand, Centrica.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain our brand guidelines, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant to our business needs.
- Lead the development of creative concepts and campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver high-quality creative work that meets our brand standards.
- Manage and execute design requests across business units, ensuring timely delivery and quality of output.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our target audience, market trends, and competitor activity to inform our creative strategy.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality creative work.
- Excellent understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and design principles.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Experience of managing and leading a team, with a strong focus on talent development and succession planning.
