About the Role
In this role as a Senior Designer, you'll use your high level of expertise to deliver and encourage stunning designs that meet client briefs and expectations. As a Senior Designer, you'll work with authority and professionalism, delegating tasks and offering feedback to team members to ensure the high quality of design work across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create inspiring, strategic, and innovative ideas for clients that work in a fully integrated manner, both online and offline.
- Work with art directors and creative directors to develop design solutions.
- Responsible for the quality of execution and quality of thinking and creative.
- Develop the best creative and innovative solutions achieved within budget.
- Generate ideas and present them to other members of the team.
- Delegate tasks and provide support for less senior members of the team.
- Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is released to the client.
- Collaborate across the agency to drive up standards of digital creativity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Experience
- 1 Year Agency Experience
- 1+ years of Experience with Adobe CC programs
