The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Lead to join our team and play a key role in shaping the identity of our brands. As a Creative Lead, you will be responsible for inspiring content creators and agency partners to develop bold and memorable design that brings our brands to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a clear brand strategy that aligns with our company's purpose and values.
- Lead a team of designers and brand managers to create innovative and effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints.
- Manage and execute design requests across business units, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
- Provide creative leadership and guidance to internal teams, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in consumer brands, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the core Adobe Creative Suite applications and other design tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Experience in managing and leading design teams, with a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
