About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join our team. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions that meet client briefs and expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing design strategies that drive business results
  • Collaborating with art directors and creative directors to develop design solutions
  • Ensuring the quality of execution and thinking in design work
  • Generating innovative ideas and presenting them to the team
  • Delegating tasks and providing support to less senior team members
  • Maintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to clients
  • Collaborating across the agency to drive up standards of digital creativity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience
  • At least 1 year of agency experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Adobe CC programs
