About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our team at Precision Medicine Group. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions that meet client briefs and expectations.

Your primary focus will be on creating inspiring, strategic, and innovative ideas that work in a fully integrated manner, both online and offline. You will work closely with art directors and creative directors to develop design solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing design strategies that drive business results
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated design solutions
  • Providing guidance and feedback to junior designers to ensure high-quality work
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Pharmaceutical/Healthcare experience
  • 1 year of agency experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC programs
