About the Role

Handle Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team as a Day-to-Day Manager for a prominent international artist management company. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a founding partner and support them in managing the day-to-day operations of a priority artist.

Key Responsibilities
  • International Tour Planning: Collaborate with the founding partner to plan and coordinate international tours, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide expert advice and support to the artist during the creative process, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Coordination: Oversee the coordination of campaigns around each release, including music formats, merchandise, touring, and other related activities.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and oversee the management of social media channels, both in and out of campaign, to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including publicists, booking agents, business managers, labels, tour managers, digital strategists, musicians, and crew.
  • Daily Artist Support: Provide daily support to the artist, including in-person meetings, phone calls, video calls, and email communication.
  • Promotional Activities: Plan and manage all promotional activities, working closely with the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, including securing visas, passports, and required travel documents.
Requirements
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in artist management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer Literacy: High degree of computer literacy, with proficiency in word-processing, database, spreadsheet, Google Docs, and email software.
