Community Healthcare Director

Are you a highly motivated and experienced nurse leader looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes? If so, we want to hear from you Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust is seeking an experienced nurse leader to fill the role of Community Healthcare Director.
Job Description:The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on quality improvement and patient safety. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to community nursing teams
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experiences
- Collaborate with other clinical colleagues to lead the delivery and expansion of an expert community nursing service
To be considered for this role, you must possess a registered nurse qualification, degree or equivalent clinical/advanced practice, and significant post-registration experience. You should also have a strong background in quality improvement and patient safety.
