Job Role: Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef/Manager in all aspects of running the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef/Manager in kitchen operations
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen management systems
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen staff and maintain a positive team environment

Requirements:

  • NVQ 1/2/3 qualification
  • 706 1/2 qualification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
