Job Title: Bank Support Worker

We are seeking empathic and patient Support Workers to join our team at our supported living service in Hemsworth. As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to individuals with care and support needs, enabling them to maintain independence and engage in their local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to individuals with care and support needs, promoting independence and well-being
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in their local community, including clubs, cinema, shows, and activities of their choice
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high-quality, person-centered service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license (no need for your own vehicle)
  • Male applicants only
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Honesty and determination
