Job Title: Bank Support Worker

We are seeking empathic and patient individuals to join our team as Bank Support Workers. As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to individuals living in our supported living service in Hemsworth. Your role will involve enabling people to maintain independence, encouraging engagement in the local community, and supporting them to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with diverse care needs
  • Enable people to maintain independence and engage in the local community
  • Support individuals to achieve their goals and outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to deliver high-quality care and support
Requirements:
  • Male applicants only
  • Full UK driving license (no need for own vehicle)
