Job Title: Bank Support Worker

We are seeking empathic and patient individuals to join our team as Bank Support Workers in Hemsworth. As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to individuals living in our supported living service, enabling them to maintain independence and engage in their local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to individuals with care and support needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities of their choice, such as hobbies, social events, and community activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless support and care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centered support plans.
Requirements:
  • Male applicants with a full UK driving license (no need for a personal vehicle).
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion when interacting with individuals with care and support needs.
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and honesty.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
